QingJiaLu,which is also called WuQuFengTuLu or WuMenFengTuJi,is a book about annual festivals of Suzhou in Qing dynasty by Gu lu.The book consists of twelve volumes,a total of two hundred and forty two.In describing each custom,the author,Gu lu,records the proverbs that are associated with it and use a lot of colloquial words,and using"su hu"(??)"su yue"(??)"su cheng"(??)"su wei"(??)marking up colloquial words.The rich proverbs and colloquial words for our research provides ample language research data.In this paper,we summarize the colloquial words in QingJiaLu and classify them into five categories according to their semantic content,namely:food and clothing,social production,spiritual life,universe and other categories.In each category there are several small classes.We explain seven words"wo"(?)"zhuxia"(??)"ya"(?)"du"(?)"huiyv"(?)"tun"(?)"xilang"(??).On the basis of above study,by comparing with the Great Chinese Dictionary,we found that there are 30 examples in QingJialu were quoted by the Great Chinese Dictionary,there are 13 examples as separate example,and 7 examples as the first example,there are some problems such as wrong examples and incorrect interpretation in the Great Chinese Dictionary.In addition,some words in this book can supplement new examples and new meanings to the existing entries of the Great Chinese Dictionary,and some examples of words in the Great Chinese Dictionary are also available in advance,accordingly QingJiaLu has certain value in lexicography.
