Study On The Cultural Function Of Local Government In The Construction Of Rural Cultural Auditorium

The CPC Central Committee has always attached great importance to the construction of the public cultural service system.With the socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,the report of the 19th National Congress of the CPC also clearly proposed that we should "improve the public cultural service system,deeply implement the project of benefiting the people through culture,and enrich the mass cultural activities".How can the new rural public cultural system be reconstructed into a new socialist rural construction moment Slow down practical problems.In this context,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the cultural function of local government in the construction of rural cultural auditorium.Guided by the theory of public service supply and the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,this paper systematically combs the cultural functions of local governments in the construction and management of rural cultural auditoriums.On this basis,taking Liandu District of Lishui City as a typical case,using the methods of literature research,case study and field investigation,this paper probes into the functional orientation of grass-roots governments in the construction of rural cultural auditoriums This paper analyzes the current situation and achievements of the cultural function,and further analyzes the problems and causes of the grass-roots government in the cultural function,and finally puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the cultural function of the local government.
