As a dance teacher and choreographer,how can I use the Tibetan singing and dancing in the dance teaching system and the dance works to the stage,which is the most important part of the paper.First of all,in the teaching aspect,we should first grasp the construction of the dance teaching system with the soft national characteristics,deeply understand the teaching research of the soft art characteristics,combine the soft traditional culture performance forms in the different regions of Ando,and actively carry out the regional,style,and national nature of the flexible law and the teaching system.Linked curriculum resources,to build dance professional teaching system.Through the practice of continuous exploration and learning,the most valuable dance vocabulary,dance materials and related materials,through different forms of expression and display,and feedback summary,the selection of the most representative of the dance movement,dance teaching classroom into the bold innovation and adaptation.At the same time,we will integrate the "soft" dance language of different regions organically.In this way,it will form a very distinctive style of dance teaching.This characteristic and style conform to the content of the construction of the teaching system.Secondly,the teaching of short sentence is used in the classroom,and the accompaniment of song music is trained to make the students do not have the dull emotion.For example,we can use the short sentence method to arrange the teaching by the soft imitation of the animal's dance vocabulary.Thirdly,the performance teaching method will integrate the flexible action vocabulary into the relative Lyric plot,and combine the skillful dance vocabulary with the emotion of the song,so that the students' comprehensive performance ability can be improved very well.Through the research and exploration of teaching and learning,the application of Ru dance vocabulary to Tibetan dance teaching classroom enriches Tibetan dance teaching content.After having a systematic dance teaching system,its soft dance elements are fully refined and sublimated,and then move onto the stage.It is the combination of the teaching and practical skills,which can improve the students' experience in the stage practice and cultivate the students' artistic perception and creative ability.The two are the relations of mutual connection and dialectical unity.A dance work is sublimated to the stage.It needs to learn from the works and analyze the shortcomings,and then to the final complete interpretation and display,so that it can better improve the integrity and spread of the soft.
