As China’s economic rise,the Chinese people’s quality of life and level has improved significantly,however,the decline in the national physical health level and performance for the surge in obesity,civilization disease rate is rising year by year,such as physical quality decline obviously.In particular,middle-aged women have a dual burden of family and school,which makes them more stressed than normal.Therefore,it is of certain theoretical and practical significance to explore the form of fitness exercise for middle-aged female teachers in colleges and universities.Research purpose:Latin dance has the unique charm,its moderate amount of physical activity,enthusiastic and unrestrained and rhythmic,is a fitness program suitable for all ages.A large number of studies have confirmed the fitness value of Latin dance.However,it is also rare for the Latin dance to be related to middle-aged female teachers in colleges and universities.Middle-aged female teachers in higher education are highly educated,knowledgeable and skilled.They are the promoters and practitioners of economic and social development and social progress.Their health is noteworthy,however,because of the many factors that affect work,family and society,they lack the necessary physical exercise.This research attempts to study Latin dance to the health of middle-aged female teachers in colleges and universities fitness of positive effect,for middle-aged female teachers in colleges and universities will provide data to support the Latin dance as a healthy way and theoretical support,thus scientifically Latin dance exercise provides guidance for them.Research methods:research mainly USES the experimental method,randomly selected from Wuhan male fitness club just among middle-aged female teachers in colleges and universities of gym membership 45people(aged 50 ± 4.18).Choose 15 middle-aged female teachers often do not engage in physical exercise were randomly selected in 5 colleges and universities for the control group(aged 51 ± 3.46).Latin dancers exercise time:3 times a week,1 hour each time,15 minutes for content preparation,40 minutes for Latin dance,5 minutes for relaxation.Exercise intensity:moderate intensity.Test indicators:height,weight,seat body and other indicators.Results:according to the index of body mass index,the body mass index of the three Latin dance exercise groups decreased.In terms of the thickness of the pleats,the thickness of the folds of the three Latin dance exercise groups decreased significantly.According to the index of the seated body,the anterior flexion levels of the three Latin dance exercise groups were improved.In terms of muscle strength and muscle stamina,there was no significant difference in muscle strength test results between the three Latin dance groups(p>0.05).The results of muscle endurance test in 3 Latin dance groups were different.According to the cardiopulmonary endurance index,the level of cardiopulmonary endurance test in the three Latin dance exercise groups increased to a certain extent.Conclusion:it is helpful to improve the fitness of middle-aged female teachers in colleges and universities.Specifically,the Latin dance exercise is beneficial to reduce the body mass index and the thickness of the female teachers.The Latin dance exercise is conducive to the elevation of the anterior level of the seated body;The Latin dance exercise is beneficial to strengthen the level of muscle endurance and cardiopulmonary endurance.Therefore,the Latin dance exercise has a certain promoting effect on the body composition,muscular endurance and flexibility of middle-aged female teachers in colleges and universities.In comparison,the samba fitness group had a better effect on the body mass index of middle-aged female teachers in higher education than the physical fitness group and the rumba fitness group.Samba fitness group than on the fitness of middle-aged female teachers in colleges and universities skinfold decline is bigger,and the exercise group compared with rumba fitness group of middle-aged female teachers in colleges and universities plait thickness decrease is more significant.The samba fitness group had a better effect on the flexibility of middle-aged female teachers in higher education than the physical fitness group and the rumba fitness group.The effect of the samba fitness group on the muscular endurance of middle-aged female teachers in college was more obvious than that of the fitness group.The effect of the rumba body-building group on the muscular endurance of middle-aged female teachers in colleges and universities had little effect.The improvement of the cardiopulmonary endurance of middle-aged female teachers was more significant in the samba group than that in the physical fitness group and the rumba group. |
