Confidence is an important factor in the field of mental health,at the same time it is an important guarantee of success.The primary school stage is an important period of the development of personal physical and mental,improving pupils'self-confidence in primary school is very important,which can be beneficial for the development of their mental health,learning and even whole life.Previous studies have shown that there is a significant correlation between college students'self-confidence and mental health.This research is based on previous study,and discusses the state of self-confidence and mental health of senior primary students and their correlation.In this study,404 primary school students from grade 4 to grade 6 were surveyed by the mental health diagnostic test and the primary school confidence questionnaire.Firstly,in terms of confidence,students whether they are the only child have significant differences in communication with their parents;The students in urban and rural areas have significant differences in some dimensions of self-confidence;there are significant differences between the students of different grades in the total score of self-confidence,confidence in learning and confidence in the instrument;there are significant differences in most of the self-confidence dimensions between High-achievers and Low-achievers students.Secondly,in mental health,there is a significant difference between the sexes;students of different grades have significant differences in learning anxiety and anaphylaxis;There are significant differences in most of the psychological health dimensions between High-achievers and Low-achievers students.Thirdly,besides self-confidence and self-accusation,self-confidence and self-accusation.peer interaction and self-blame,there is a significant negative correlation between self-confidence of different dimensions and mental health of different dimensions;Fourthly,self denial and parental communication have a significant predictive effect on health scores,learning anxiety and physical symptoms.
