The Influence Of Wangmeng's Dense Painting On My Landscape Painting Creation

Painters living in the Yuan Dynasty specialized in heavy ink paiting which chould impress their deep-mind significance and personal style.By this way it diluted Anatta condition from the bottom heart of painters in the Song Dynasty.Actually Song painters normally used very light ink painting to describe the landscape and their internal thinkings.At that time the Chinese(means the nation is Han which differs from other minorities)literati were at very low position who suffered a lot from governors.This poor condition forced them to be living in a quiet and hidden place which was called Hidden life.Literati supposed their paintings as their spirit of living not commodities.But there was and exception called Wangmeng who lived during the middle time of Yuan and Ming dynasty.He had a passion to sever the government but not stable due to the situation changed frequently.This situation made him living in an official or hidden way,alternatively.The turbulent situation gave his paintings two totally different styles.Anyway,he inherit the thinking of same origin of calligraphy and painting which was invented by his grand father-in-law Zhao Mengfu who is known as one of the most famous painters in ancient China.Wangmeng learned the spirit of his grand father-in-law and developed with his personal style,by which he created his painting way.Dating the painting history,we can easily see Wangmeng and Huang Gongwang used the same way to paint.This is dense painting which uses more inks to describe landscapes or persons.It's with more complicated handwriting,texturing method etc..Dry and wet ink were alsy been used alternatively to express thick muddy moose,circling Moss Points and buckling hook painting.Along with the integration of high and deep further way,it created a vast and profound show which means painters' artistic conception.Based on previous discussions on Wang Meng and my study in recent years,this paper analyzes the influence of Wang Meng's "dense painting" landscape on me through examples,which is mainly divided into three parts as follows.Firstly,the characteristics of Wang Meng's dense landscape.Through the Wang Meng's painting lines,with the propagation of dense features of book art,water ink,lighting colors,and contains one of the composition,that Wang Meng's realistic and profound self-expression coexist,and combined with the division of ancient ink skills.Wang Meng's painting style is embodied in many aspects.Secondly,By listing the example paintings by painters living in the same time with Wangmeng or afterhis time,we can find his painting style gave very heavy impact on others' paintings.Thirdly,Through the study of Wang Meng it made me in "nature outside,also in the heart".according to the theory of painting,painting creation of Ming dynasty and other aspects of the practice of earnings,clearly recognize the spirit of standing China landscape painting characteristic era is an era painting to express the mission;China mountain painting and calligraphy art inheritance sages.The fine tradition is necessary,not only to the teacher,but also the teacher's deep mind.The ideal will is through the "ink" to the heart of the image on paper,then write feelings,this is the fundamental skill.The blend of art and society is always between the past and future.To inherit old thinks and develop with our new ideas will make a brand new age of Chinese painting.Inheritance of classical tradition,understanding of nature,according basic painting skills which derived from ancient painting theory,we would be able to paint in our way and express our true thinkings.
