English Translation Report On New Shared Mobility:Literature Search On Current Travel Demand Models And Data Reporting

The new shared mobility is based on the new mode of urban public transport in the context of the Internet+sharing economy.It is a new mode of transportation that combines modern technology and social development.Through the new concept,people have increased the utilization rate of vehicles and gradually made travel more intelligent,green,and efficient.Due to the late start of new shared mobility in China,the large demand and rapid development has brought many problems,such as safety,standardization,and utilization.In order to make a healthy and sustainable environment for new share mobility,it is necessary to learn from the countries which are good at it.However,the existing literature shows that the Chinese translation of new shared mobility literature abroad is relatively rare,and there are few Chinese translation literature that can be used by transportation professionals,which may limit the optimization and development of new share mobility,and also limit The development of traffic text translation studies.The translator was commissioned by the Tianjin Traffic Management Bureau to carry out translation work on English to Chinese translation of a research report on new share mobility.The United States has mature experience and advanced concepts in the shared transportation field.The translation can help domestic traffic department understand the status of shared mobility development,learn new concepts and mature experiences in the United States.It provides reference and guidance for the development of transportation and related fields,and also provides references for the translation of traffic in the field of English translation,especially for the Chinesetranslation studies of documents in shared mobility,network mobility and related fields.During the translation,in order to transmit the source text information effectively and reduce the “ loss ” of information in English-Chinese conversion,the translator uses Skopostheorie as a theoretical guide and follows the three major principles: the principle of purpose,the principle of coherence,and the principle of loyalty.This paper discusses how to make efficient conversion of source language information,realize the communicative function of source text,and maximize the translator's subjective initiative in the process of translation.At the same time,the translator conducts case studies on compound words,acronyms,extended vocabulary,passive sentences and long sentences with addition translation,free translation,literal translation,adjustment and splitting.It also discusses the lexical,sentence and passage in mobility texts and summarizes the characteristics of the new share mobility texts.I hope the translation will serve as a reference for the development of China's new shared mobility.Through the translation report,it will provide a reference for the translation study of the mobility category.
