With the continuous deepening of economic globalization and the rapid development of international trade.In the condition of the increase of intercultural exchanges,cultural integration is keeping on enhancing.In this case,the trade of cultural products play an increasingly important role in the international trade.With a common agreement among different countries,cultural trade possesses the ability to transmit cultural ideologies,the comprehensive national strength competition is the culture competition in the future.In recent years,the trade of cultural products has been developing rapidly in China with an increasing scale.however,related problems still exist.Therefore,base on the data,this paper analyzed the present situation of China's cultural products trade with art works as examples comprehensively.Inspired by comparing the status and policies of the American cultural products trade,and it summarized the problems in our country as below: rapidly developing China's cultural products trade still lagged behind the overall development of China's foreign trade,low level and imbalance product structure,concentrated export market,incomplete supporting services and short on talent.Through applying the gravity model and regression analysis,this paper took economy,culture,talent and capital as independent variables,analyzed the change of the dependent variable of bilateral trade volumes between China and many other countries,and studied the factors that influence the development of China's cultural products trade.Finally,on the basis of status analysis,theoretical analysis,comparative analysis and empirical analysis,this paper put forward five countermeasures: to expand trade channels and implement marketing strategies,to enhance innovation and enhance brand effect,to establish cultural trade mechanism,to participate rules formulation and improve management system and legal regulations,and build trade platform to support cultural team construction.
