Recent years,It is popular to study mandarin worldwide.Malaysia is along One Belt One Road and also the place lived by many Malaysian Chinese.So mandarin has huge influence in Malaysia.This thesis is based on local mandarin book mandarin book for tourism and hotel management(1)and mainly for tourism college students in MARA university of technology.In this thesis,I analyze the different elements in period of instructional design and finished with instructional design in a four class hour.This thesis has five parts in total.The first chapter is background and research value.Review the definition about instructional design at home and abroad,instructional design in Chinese as a second language,integrated course and research methods.The second part is the teaching method and skill about Hotel,by showing the present,explain,practice in word,grammar,dialog respectively.The third chapter is about different elements that may affect instructional design.They are teaching environment,book,students,teach schedule,teaching aim,teaching hard part and teaching tools.The Forth chapter is teaching practice and also the key point part.Above the former chapter,I give the detailed teaching method and explanation to exhibit the whole teaching procedure.The last chapter is summarize and reflection.By evaluating good and bad hands,thinking about the insufficient action,it can accumulate more teaching experience and make the class better.The writer records the class situation by making the video.And through oral and writing survey,I know the teaching environment,characteristic of students and the teaching method that students like most.This thesis has practicability and applied value.I hope this thesis will be helpful for the new Chinese teacher.
