Twenty-four Days At Tiefu Temple,Gaoping,Shanxi Colorful Plastic And Painted

The ancient painted art of Shanxi occupies a very prominent position in ancient Chinese art with its unique sculpture language and unique expression.According to the statistics at the beginning of this century,Shanxi ancient wooden building in temple painted more than 13000 statues,sculptures of Ming Dynasty only reached more than 5900 statues of the Ming Dynasty,Shanxi Temple more than 3000,more than 400 temples are built and repaired of the Ming dynasty.Shanxi Gaoping tiefosi,the dusty past 40 years of rural small temple,only in the past few years,is into people's vision,the temple of the Ming Dynasty colorful 28,of which twenty-four heavens painted with its dense arrangement,and the unique style and strong visual impact become a jewel in the Ming Dynasty painted sculpture.Through the field investigation of the iron Buddhist temple in the Gaoping village of Shanxi Province,this paper,starting with the spatial pattern of the iron Buddha Temple and the molding features of the twenty-four statues of the various days,combed the typological features,modeling features and making process of the twenty-four days of the iron Buddha Temple.The twenty-four days of the Ming Dynasty color sculpture in the main hall of the iron Buddha Temple is the only twenty-four day statues preserved and intact in Gaoping,which has high cultural value and artistic value,and is the precious heritage left to us by the ancient craftsmen.The article focuses on the spatial layout of the twenty-four coloured sculptures in the temple of the iron Buddha Temple,the features of the figure,the dress and dress,the material technology,the color painting and the artistic features,and deeply analyzes the essence of the color plastic art and reveals the interior of the statues of the iron Buddhist temples.The value of art has laid a foundation for my study of traditional sculpture in ancient Shanxi and accumulated a wealth of knowledge for future sculpture creation.
