The Application Of Chinese Traditional Color Incontemporary Oil Painting ——Take Traditional Paintedsculpture As An Example

Chinese traditional color is an important part of national culture,which is the carrier of national history and culture,and reflects people’s aesthetic concept of color in different periods.As one of the intuitive visual elements in the painting works,color is an important embodiment of the aesthetic and spiritual connotation of the works.The specific thinking mode and cultural attributes of Chinese people influence the direction of contemporary oil painting creation.How to apply the Chinese traditional color to the contemporary oil painting creation and convey the cultural connotation and national spirit behind the color is a new topic to be discussed in the current oil painting creation.As an artistic form born in the western language system,the development of Chinese oil painting color has been under the guidance of western color theory for a long time.In contemporary oil painting creation,on the one hand,we should pay attention to the visual feeling of color,on the other hand,color should be endowed with deeper cultural connotation.The colors in traditional Chinese painting follow the painting concepts of "painting with the class" and "ink is divided into five colors",emphasizing the painter’s subjective creative intention.Therefore,the oil painting exploration guided by the traditional color concept should realize the subjective control of various elements of oil painting color language in the process of combining theory with practice.This paper mainly starts from the formation of the traditional Chinese color concept,with the traditional painted sculpture as the main research object.first,the expression characteristics of painted sculpture color is explained.Secondly,this paper briefly expounds the development of contemporary oil painting color language.finally,with traditional painted sculpture color contemporary value oriented,build traditional painted sculpture and contemporary oil painting in the form of language,cultural connotation,aesthetic value,the purpose is to through the common between the analysis,provide theoretical guidance for the innovation of oil painting color language.Traditional culture supports the confidence of culture.We should take innovation as the driving force to realize the inheritance of traditional colors,so that the expression of Chinese oil painting colors can be wider,more romantic and more artistic.
