The classroom is the main position where teachers and students work,with the basic education reform of China,the ordinary high school English Curriculum Standard is carried out in 2017,which put forward new requirements in order to give some advice about the management of senior high school English classroom,it is based on the previous research theory and linked with actual problems in classroom teaching and proposed countermeasures,the main way is the previous research theory,interview and analyze the cases from the six English Teachers of Tibetan High School.This article mainly is divided into four parts:The first part: introduction.The research background,research purpose and significance,domestic and foreign research status overviewed the definition of related concepts,the purpose of research and how to research.The second part: investigation.The study found that the Tibetan middle school English teachers’ classroom management issues including the development of classroom management regulations,the design of classroom activities,teachers’ role in classroom management,the way of treatment about behavior problems,creating classroom environment.The third part: analysis of the reasons for the problem of high school English teachers’ classroom management.From the angle of knowledge related theoretical analysis of classroom management of English teachers in the school is weak;from the analysis of ideas lack of new ideas,new perspective and new management methods of innovative thinking in teacher’s classroom management;from the angle of teacher classroom management ability is not scientific enough,the lack of English language learning environment,students’ participation is not high.The fourth part: put forward the countermeasures.The Tibetan High school English teachers solve the problem of strategies.The school’s angle,it need to increase classroom management ability of senior high school English teachers’ training,the school leadership is aware of great importance to classroom management,making classroom management;teachers’ angle,to improve teachers’ professional accomplishment,thinking their own classroom management problems after class,the teacher should strengthen the theoretical study,which is applied to teaching practice.
