Chinese education of Thai is developing rapidly.In order to cultivate technical talents with international standards,vocational and technical colleges have carried out Chinese language education and set up Chinese class.From the perspective of classroom management,reasonable classroom management plays an important role in the improvement of teaching process and the improvement of teaching efficiency.However,according to our study,order of Chinese classroom and learning attitude of student is far less than primary and secondary schools in colleges.The main teaching power of vocational colleges is Chinese teachers volunteer.Volunteers are mostly teaching novice,lack of practical experience,coupled with the existence of barriers to language communication,it is difficult to control the classroom.Order disorder has become one of the characteristics of Chinese language classroom in vocational colleges,which seriously affects the teaching effect.At present,there are few studies on the management of Chinese classroom in Thai vocational colleges.Most of the individual studies are general and not targeted.Therefore,this article has carried on the related investigation to the Chinese classroom management of the Thai vocational college,and put forward the effective countermeasure to the classroom management question according to the investigation situation,in order to provide the reference for the teacher teaching,hoping to finally improve the Chinese classroom quality of the vocational college.Classroom management is not only a norm for the behavior of students,but also a comprehensive management of teachers' management subjects,self,students,environment and rules.Based on the teaching practice of Boothavorn Technology College in Thailand,this paper mainly studies the classroom management of vocational colleges in Thailand from two perspectives: teachers and students.Through classroom observation and interviewing Chinese teachers in other vocational colleges,we found common students' behavior in vocational colleges.A questionnaire survey of Chinese teachers in 17 vocational schools in the eastern and central regions of Thailand and the students studying Chinese at Boonthavorn Institute of Technology gave us an idea of the basic situation of Chinese teaching in vocational colleges,including teaching objects,curriculum,teachers,and teaching materials.According to the basicsituation of teacher feedback and classroom observation,this paper analyzes the cause of classroom management from the aspects of educational philosophy,educational model difference,student characteristics,teachers' situation and environmental factors in China and Thailand.On this basis,with reference to the international Chinese classroom management methods to develop management strategies and apply it to the actual teaching management.In the ten months of teaching practice,with the observation of student behavior and classroom results,according to the real case of Chinese classroom management strategies for utility analysis.According to the practical situation,on the basis of following the principles of international Chinese classroom management,this paper tries to find a way to improve the quality of Chinese language classroom management in Thai vocational colleges from the aspects of Chinese classroom activities,Chinese teachers' own quality,teachers' emotional exchange and classroom rules.Vocational school Chinese classroom management,improve the quality of Chinese teaching for the Thai vocational colleges in front of the teaching of Chinese teachers to provide reference and recommendations.
