The Study Of Modal Particle In The Dialect Of Naxi

Modal words are an important part of speech and grammatical features of the Sino-Tibetan language family.The study of the modal particles in the Chinese community has become increasingly mature and has yielded fruitful results.However,the study of the modality of the minority language is still in its initial stage.There is still much room for further research and exploration.As a native speaker of the Naxi language,the author has not yet found a thesis or writing on the special study of Naxi speech.Therefore,this article through the method of field investigation,and learn from the previous research results,the Naxi sentence anaerobic verbs have been systematically and comprehensively analyzed and studied.The full text is divided into five parts:The introduction part first briefly introduced the Naxi language,and pointed out the reasons for the study,the significance of the research,the research methods and the source of corpus,and summarized the previous studies.The first chapter divides Naxi's ending qi words into declarative modality words,interrogative modality words,imperative modal particles,and exclamatory qi words.It carefully describes and analyzes each modal particle in each type of modal particle.The second chapter describes and analyzes the continuous use of modal words,and finds that Naxi's suffixes are both used in conjunction with two modal particles,and they can combine the tone,enhance the tone and weaken the tone.The third chapter analyzes the functional characteristics of Naxi language.In addition to the general function of the modal particle,it is also found that the Naxi language has a significant politeness function,and some modal particles have a body function.The fourth chapter compares the two Naxi dialects and compares their similarities and differences in terms of categories and quantities,meanings,conjugations,and functional characteristics.The conclusion part makes a summary of the characteristics of Naxi speechwords and points out some aspects of this article that need to continue to be studied.
