Objective:to evaluate the fitness level of middle-aged and elderly female participating in square dancing exercise,and to explore the differences between different ages and different years of exercise.Methods:full automatic,Inbody720body composition,blood pressure heart rate testers,dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry,Monark839E aerobic power cycling,Dr-wolff Balance test and training instrument Balance check to test the subjects,such as Quiet in blood pressure,heart rate,Vo2Max,muscle strength,body fat percentage,body mass index?BMI?,waist hip ratio,density,flexibility,balance and so on the corresponding indicators,the indicators for statistical description and analysis of statistics.Results:?1?the square dance exercise groups of blood pressure,body mass index?BMI?,waist-to-hip ratio in succession,crook proneness?flexible?,are better than the general population,or any other exercise program?pace,tai chi,etc.?the crowd,but the Vo2 Max,muscle strength and bone mineral density index did not change compared with other populations.?2?for the crowd of square dancers,age had a significant influence on blood pressure and bone density?P<0.05?,which had no significant effect on other indicators;The duration of the exercise was 2-5 years and more than 5 years,which had no significant effect on all indexes.Conclusion:?1?the square dance exercise blood pressure,body mass index?BMI?,waist-to-hip ratio in succession,crook proneness?flexible?,such as dynamic balance index is better than the general population,or any other exercise program?pace,tai chi,etc.?,the other has no obvious change,but the overall is still in lower level,the need to further improve;?2?there was no significant change in other indicators with the change of age,blood pressure and bone density index.?3?after more than two years of training,the square dancers have no significant changes in each indicator as the duration of exercise increases.
