Chinese Traditional Culture Communication Management Research By Overseas Students In Chinese Mainland Universities

With China's comprehensive national strength and international influence increasing day by day,the cultural influence has been increasing as well.More and more overseas students choose to receive education in Chinese higher education institutions,and over 500 Chinese mainland universities accept those overseas students.Although the number of overseas students studying in Chinese various prestigious universities is growing day by day,only Jinan University and Huaqiao University,which directly under Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council,bear the special mission to cultivate overseas students and transmit Chinese traditional culture with unique features.Based on omni-directional research on Huaqiao University's modes of transmitting Chinese traditional culture in overseas students together with analysis on Questionnaire about How Overseas Chinese Students Learn Chinese Traditional Culture conducted in nearly 600 overseas students of Huaqiao University,this paper expounds relevant problems of current modes of transmitting Chinese traditional culture in universities.What is the most prominent is that current approaches and methods of transmitting culture have not achieved effects as expected due to lack of understanding of overseas' students and that overseas students cannot get along with domestic students due to lack of cross-cultural management methods and cultural difference.This paper discusses approaches and methods of transmitting Chinese traditional culture among overseas students in Chinese Mainland universities from the perspective of management to integrate the whole traditional culture communication activities as a system,study and analyze each annulus in the activities and the interactions among each element.Meanwhile,it establishes the overall management mode of transmitting Chinese traditional culture in overseas students to attempt to combine internationalization with traditional features,making it more suitable for culture communication of Chinese Mainland universities in overseas students,which is of great significance to launching Chinese traditional culture communication in Chinese Mainland universities in a more targeted and effective way.
