At the time of the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China,the Chinese society was in a special transitional period between old and new.In the process of modernization,the issue of women's emancipation gradually evolved into an important factor vital to the survival of the nation and the death of the Chinese democratic revolution.Therefore,the female images in the literary works of the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republican period have also undergone great changes.In addition to the more diversified images of various female students and female nationalities,women's attention has also focused on the liberation of the self and a broader perspective.Social life.This article tries to start from the legendary drama in the specific period of the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China,to analyze and analyze the image groups of the ‘new women' that are molded in these legendary dramas,and to fill in the gaps in the research field of the legendary drama in the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China.The introduction of the paper's introduction,including the topic significance,research background and literature review and other related research basis.The main body is divided into five parts.The first part focuses on the background of the formation of new women,mainly through the impact of Western learning and modern civilization on the society at that time,the reform movement in the development of the drama itself,the change of the writers' mentality of creation,and the updating of ideas.Angles for analysis.The second part mainly discusses the expression of the ‘new woman' image in the legendary drama from the specific image point of view.Focusing on explaining the different aspects of the ‘new woman' image expression,we discuss the Fanglan Hu and the small-footed women who have sought to free themselves from liberty,and the female students who have asked to emancipate themselves to emancipate the female students,and the Chinese and foreign female nationals who have fought for the independence and freedom of the country.How did the scholars grow and improve step by step?
