The Present Situation,Problems And Countermeasures Of The Shenzhen City Park Culture Festival

Shenzhen has Strengthened constructions of urban greening in the process of economy developing,and has structured a urban park system which is a certain characteristic.Shenzhen began to hold the Park Cultural Festival for enriching cultural connotation and expanding the service function of the urban park green system.From 2006 to 2015,the Park Cultural Festival has been successfully held ten sessions.Shenzhen City Park Cultural Festival which gave full play to the social benefits of the park,riched cultural connotation of the park,and improved the cultural taste of urban residents,achieved remarkable results in the promotion of social development,but there were also some problems in the development of the Shenzhen City Park Cultural Festival.In order to enrich the domestic city festival case study,inheritance,protection and development of Shenzhen Park Cultural Festival,this paper researched the Shenzhen City Park Cultural Festival,analysised the concept and connotation of the Park Cultural Festival,summarized the domestic and foreign research on urban festival function and development strategy,using SWOT to analysis the development of Shenzhen Park Cultural Festival combined with the actual situation and the results of the questionnaire survey,and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the development of Shenzhen Park Culture Festival.The SWOT analysis of the development of the park culture festival in Shenzhen city showed that: the strengths included perfect turban park system,the features of the urban park system increasingly prominent,holding experience,a stable mode of the City Park Cultural Festival,rich activity content,high participation of residents,obvious social benefits,and higher recognition of residents.The weaknesses included lack of long-term planning,many difficulties of festival site management,the single model,and lack of the park cultural festival marketing.The opportunities included the need of promoting the construction of ecological civilization,the need of urban transformation,strong economic strength and the developed road traffic.The threats included shortage of land resources in the park construction,and participants high requirements for cultural festival project.As city festival is a huge system engineering,it needs the government's macro-control and support,the active participation of the masses to rich activity content were necessaryfor holding City Park Cultural Festival.The first,according to the city development,the demands of the residents and park construction to develop Park Cultural Festival overall development planning,protection of Park Cultural Festival not only meet the existing demand level,but also to meet the needs of future development,maintain a healthy,sustained and stable development.The second,the municipal,district and community level take different implementation modes,the formation of the coexistence of multiple modes Park Cultural Festival.The third,Combined with the actual situation of the local residents and the new social phenomenon,the new things,develop sustainable national participation in the festival.The forth,take the role of management to strengthen the festival site management,ensure the smooth implementation of the festival activities and participants can get a good experience.The fifth,take a variety of marketing according to the region.
