Objectives: To investigate the current situation of high school students' Problematic Mobile Phone Use,Positive Psychological Capital,and Self-consistency and Congruence,the thesis compares the demographic differences of students,explore the relationships among Problematic Mobile Phone use,Positive Psychological Capital,Self-consistency and Congruence,as well as Positive Psychological Capital's intermediary role among Problematic Mobile Phone Use and Self-consistency and Congruence.It also intends to provide reference for high school education and management.Methods: Mobile phone problem usage scale(MPPUS-10),Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire(PPQ),and Self-consistency and Congruence scale(SCCS)were used for stratified sampling.Finally,Spss 22.0 software Chinese version was used to analyze date and construct the mediating model of 1479 final sample data.Results:(1)There were significant differences in Problematic Mobile Phone Use among high school students at different school levels,different levels of self-consistency,and different levels of mother education.(2)High school students' Positive Psychological Capital has significant differences in the degree of gender,grade,with single parents or not,and different levels of self-harmony;the differences in grades of self-efficacy and resilience are significant.The differences in the hope and optimism dimensions are distinct in grades and whether they are under the care of single parents.(3)The degree of Self-consistency and Congruence of senior high school students differed significantly in different school levels,genders,and different mothers' cultures.(4)There is a significant negative correlation between high school students' Problematic Mobile Phone Use and Positive Psychological Capital(or various dimensions);the more problematic the use of mobile phones in high school students,the lower the degree of self-consistency;the higher the positive psychological capital of high school students,the better the degree of self-consistency.(5)Problematic Mobile Phone Use and Positive Psychological Capital have a significant predictive effect on Self-consistency and Congruence.Positive psychological capital plays a role in mediating the influence of problematic mobile phone use on self-consistency and congruence.Conclusions:(1)Students show great differences in Problematic Mobile Phone Use,Positive Psychological Capital,Self-consistency and Congruence.When guiding students to maintain a healthy state of mind and use mobile phone properly,one needs to consider the distinctions among the subjects,and offer help tailored to specific needs.(2)Reducing Problematic Mobile Phone Use among high school students contributes to their Positive Psychological Capital,Self-consistency and Congruence.part of the influence of Problematic Mobile Phone Use on Self-consistency and Congruence comes from the role of Positive Psychological Capital.The conclusion of this study aspires to provide practical reference for parents and school authority in terms of properly guiding high school students to use mobile phones properly and build up mental health.
