A Study Of The Relationship Between Father Presence And Self Consistency And Congruence

The father plays an important role in the development of his child's life and plays an important role in the socialization,personality and personality development of his children.Senior high school is in the "adolescence" of psychological development,eager for adult acceptance,access to "adult feeling" while "children attached to childhood." Therefore,the influence of fathers on their children at this stage is very far-reaching,especially the influence of children's Self Consistency and congruence.This study based on the actual social life and consult the predecessors on the basis of existing research,the self-made questionnaire of the high school students father precence and revise the questionnaire of self consistency and congruence,aims to further explore the relationship of father precence and Self Consistency and congruence.Therefore,more than a thousand students from grade one,two and three in high school in Liaoning Province were selected as research subjects to discuss the status quo of father precence in senior high school,the relationship between father precence and Self Consistency and congruence,and the following main findings Conclusion:1.The Questionnaire for Senior High School Students' Father presence has a good reliability and validity,and can be used as an effective tool to measure the father presence of senior high school students.The study found that: High school students generally have a higher degree of father precence,and the degree from high to low is: parental relationship perception,parental experience,and family member support.2.Children in senior high school have significant differences in gender,grade,and father's place;father's education level and dwelling relationship significantly affect the degree of father precence.3.The revised " Self Consistency and congruence Questionnaire" has a good reliability and validity and can be used as an effective tool for the measurement of this study.The study found that: high school students' gender,grade,place of origin and their father's education level will have a significant impact on Self Consistency and congruence.4.There is a significant correlation between high school students' father prencence and Self Consistency and congruence.Among the factors of father precence,family member support and parental relationship perception can have a significant predictive effect on Self Consistency and congruence.The study also found that the higher the degree of father precence,the higher the self-flexibility of high school students will be,and the lower the self-stereotypic,self-inconsistent experience will be lower,that is,the higher the degree of father precence,the higher the Self Consistency and congruence of high school students.
