At present,the Indian movie industry,represented by Bollywood,has achieved considerable development.The Indian cinema,which is both international and universal,has begun to move into the global market and has gained widespread recognition.The "Wrestling,Dad" starring Amir Khan,an Indian movie star,became a "phenomenon" movie and won a double harvest at the box office and word of mouth."My God" and "Mysterious Superstar" also greatly detonated the enthusiasm of the international market for Indian cinema.As a film researcher,it is necessary to calmly ponder and study this phenomenon.The reason for its success is nothing more than two aspects: First,the film is superior in terms of technology,production,storyline,and values;The relationship between the success of the two films and Amir Khan's leading role is not accidental.It is more inevitable.As one of the leading international movie stars in India,Amir Khan has extremely high international recognition and communication effectiveness.He has almost become the spokesperson of India's image and has played an indispensable role in the international communication of Indian films.His exposure to India's sensitive social issues has also earned him the title of “Indian Conscience.” Through the movie,he even brought the “Indian spirit” to the world.The uniqueness and importance of Amir Khan have determined that the study of him can be used as an important incision in Indian film studies and even India's cultural and social studies.This thesis takes Amir Khan as the object of study and tries to explore how Amir Khan's star image is constructed through the study of multiple aspects of his star image.This is a reference for international star research.Inspired by Richard Dale's book on celebrity research,“Star”,the research framework of this article mainly consists of Amir Khan's social image,Amir Khan's star image and Amir Khan's symbolic image.Level to construct.This article is divided into three chapters: The introduction part puts forward research questions,analyzes the research background,research value and research methods,and sorts out and summarizes relevant literature of Amir Khan,Star Study,and Indian Film Studies.And sum up,lay the foundation for the following discussion.The first chapter explores “Amir Khan as a social image.” This chapter answers what Amir Khan's social image is,how the image is constructed,and the recognition of Amir Khan by domestic and foreign audiences.Amir Khan discussed the issues of "production" and "consumption" of his celebrities as the object of business and capital hug.The second chapter focuses on "Amir Khan as a star image" and sorts out Amir Khan's various stages of the film,sorts out his screen pedigree and analyzes Amir Khan's performance skills and performance characteristics.The third chapter discusses “Amir Khan as a symbol” and uses semiotic theory and research methods to study Amir Khan as an Indian ideology of cultural symbols and Indian dreams,and to symbolize the inside and outside of the Amir Khan screen.Discuss the image.Through the writing of this article,the author intends to achieve the following research objectives: the most basic level,to fill the gap between the domestic Amir Khan,an important movie star,and even the systematic study of the Indian movie star;deeper to the Amir · Khan,as an entry point for the study of Indian cinema,explores the replication and interaction between Amir Khan and India's "star system," the aesthetic characteristics of the film nation,and even India's social culture;again,this article attempts to establish and use star research "paradigms." Through the performance of "star theory",it tries to provide a reference for celebrity research,especially international celebrity research.Finally,this article through the study of Amir Khan's celebrity,and then settled on Chinese films.In terms of construction,it is possible to create a certain reference value whether it is the "star system" in the Chinese movie industry or the external communication of Chinese films.
