China has become a big country in tourism and has entered a new era of mass tourism and national tourism.However,the simple development model of the traditional cultural plus tourism has failed to meet the market's higher requirements for the development of the tourism industry.The rise of cultural and creative industries has injected new vitality into the creative transformation of the tourism industry.The cultural and creative tourism industry takes culture as its core,creativity as a means,products as its carrier,market orientation,technology as its support,and service as its addition.It takes advantage of the multiple growth poles of cultural and creative industries to drive a new industrial chain in tourism scenic spots and create an industry linkage effect.The construction of a creative tourism brand that is highly differentiated and recognizable,while effectively interpreting individual characteristics,has created a multifaceted pull for the regional economy.In order to better describe the role played by various key elements of the cultural and creative industries in the innovation network,this article has introduced Bourdieu's field theory and try to focus on capital,power and actor habits in the field theory.Based on this theoretical perspective,explain on the core and extension of the cultural and creative tourism industry has been given.This article has comprehensively reviewed current domestic and foreign scholars' research on the cultural and creative tourism industry from the field perspective,and then defined the “cultural and creative tourism field”.In the research preparation phase,Dali Shuanglang Town,Yunnan,which has risen rapidly in recent years,has been selected as the research object,and a more in-depth field study has been conducted on the development status of the cultural and creative tourism industry.Through investigation,it has been found that the natural environment of Shuanglang and its surrounding areas are unique and historic.There is a huge potential in the development of the cultural and creative tourism industry and broad prospects of market,which is favorable for forming a cultural and creative tourism field.Through the description andanalysis of the development status of the local cultural and creative tourism industry,the obvious concentration and radiation effects of the field on itself and its surrounding areas have been explored.Meanwhile,the author has thoroughly analyzed how the local government,residents,and creative industry elites use the cultural capital held to compete for the right to speak in their respective behaviors,and then finally establish a corresponding network of interests.Accordingly,the formation of Shuanglang cultural and creative tourism field has been demonstrated.Finally,in accordance with the characteristics of the “Shuanglang Cultural and Creative Tourism Field”,suggestions and strategies for the development of the local cultural and creative tourism industry have been provided considering the policy orientation,industry gathering,talent cultivation,brand building of special tourism towns,and sustainable development.This article believes that the formation and development of “Shuanglang Cultural and Creative Tourism Field” has positive reference for the development and creative transformation of other tourism featured towns in China,since it could provide a development paradigm with theoretical support and practical results.On the one hand,the perspective provided by field theory can help the public better identify the elements needed for the development of cultural and creative tourism industries,clarify the relationship between actors,capital,habits and power,and locate themselves in the field,which guide decision-making and planning at the next stage of development.On the other hand,the agglomeration effect exhibited by cultural and creative tourism field is conducive to promoting the integration of local industry resources and continuing to grow their own development forces.As for the radiation effect they exhibit,is the effect on the economic,cultural,talent flow,and resource circulation of its surrounding areas while realizing its own industrial diffusion.
