In the Early Period of New China,The CCP is faced with the important task of how to completely eradicate the ideological and cultural remnants of the Kuomintang period,condense people's hearts,and nurture a culturally-minded builder and successor with socialist consciousness for New China.Therefore,the thorough reform of Marxist ideology for primary and secondary school teachers will directly determine whether the CCP can cultivate the much-needed and qualified socialist builders and successors,and whether it can gain leadership in cultural and educational undertakings.This study selected this time period from 1949 — 1953,Under the background of the CCP's ideological transformation of intellectuals throughout the country,Taking Jiangjin County in Chongqing as the study object,and to analyze how the secondary school teachers,who are primary intellectuals,to treat and complete the entire ideological reforms in this typical area.By deconstructing and analyzing from multiple perspectives,Trying to summarize how the Communist Party of China summed up the remodeling of mainstream thinking in Jiangjin County in the early days,And how to carry out the political theory study of primary and secondary school teachers,how to permeate the Marxism-Leninism in the teaching routine to establish the new democratic education system in Jiangjin County,how to participate in the center of political activities,and how to theoretically connect with reality and ultimately achieve the purpose of ideological reform.In these activities,How does the CCP implement its own political goals to the grassroots through the operation of power and the high school teacher face this movement,Finally summarize the internal logic and influence of the entire ideological reform movement.At the beginning of liberation,The taking over of culture and education in Jiangjin County was carried out under the principle of "remaining intact and systematically taking over." In the initial takeover stage,secondary schools are the focus,The main task is to resume classes and policy publicity,Saved educational resources.At the formal takeover stage,Jiangjin County successfully accepted secondary schools,rectified the chaotic state of some schools,and initially established the grass-roots government's leadership over basic education,creating conditions for further education and reform.After taking over,under the influence of the "package down" policy,a large number of former staff were retained with obvious group characteristics.A large number of high school teachers face the problem of impure organization,impure work style and impure ideas.These problems are not conducive to the smooth progress of the old education reform,but also not conducive to the integration of social ideology by the CCP.Therefore,it is very urgent to reform the ideology of middle school teachers,establish the ideological leadership of the proletariat in schools,make the old school a new school for the people,and reform the chaotic teacher.Theoretical study is the beginning of the ideological reform of middle school teachers in Jiangjin County.In order to correct various ideological problems in teachers,transform obstinate conservative thoughts and inaccurate speeches,establish the consciousness of serving the people,and establish a correct view of labor and class,Jiangjin County Government organizes education seminars(classes)in the summer and winter vacation,and conducts A number of centralized Marxist theoretical studies.After theoretical study,Jiangjin Middle School teachers' ideology has progressed and many teachers have become the backbone of the future.However,the theoretical study of middle school teachers in Jiangjin County is mainly assault-style.the content of learning is mostly self-study,and the effect of learning has been weakened.Teaching is the central task of secondary schools and is the most common job for secondary school teachers.The curriculum is the core of teaching,the teaching material is the carrier of teaching,and the teaching method is the way of teaching.The purpose of the teaching,what to teach,and how to teach are marked by the ideological imprint of the middle school teacher and in turn affect the teacher's thought.Since February 1950,Jiangjin county has infected and reformed teachers' thoughts through planned curriculum innovation,teaching material innovation,and teaching method reform on the basis of studying political theory of cold and heat,which is also an intensified process of teacher ideological reform.Theoretical study and teaching practice have greatly improved the ideological awareness of middle school teachers in Jiangjin County.However,to completely reform the intellectuals' thoughts,they also need to step out of the school and promote the various social reform movements promoted by the CCP.In the practice of the Resisting America and Aiding North Korea Movement,and the Land Reform Movement,They inspecting their thoughts,and support the new democratic education policy voluntarily.In general,the Thought Reform Movement among secondary school teachers in Jiangjin County is necessary.Although this political movement has certain limitations,It established the Marxist-Leninist discourse dominance in the middle school teachers of Jiangjin County,established a new democratic education system in Jiangjin County,and further consolidated the new Jiangjin People's Government.This transformation also has some enlightening significance to the current ideology of the ideology.
