| The fine arts courses in preschool education are very important to improve the humanistic quality of the whole people,and their teaching needs a high-level team of preschool teachers.In order to cultivate strong professional and high quality preschool teachers,the Ministry of Education in 2019 added secondary vocational preschool care major.On the teaching research of preschool care major,many scholars have made relevant discussions,but few have analyzed fine arts courses.Through research analysis of luoyang 5 county secondary school,this paper expounds the child care professional fine arts teaching present situation,summed up the lack of local characteristics,auxiliary teaching resources are insufficient,the lack of kindergarten practice,teachers of fine arts career low recognition,heavy light literacy skills,single teaching form,school-based curriculum development is not seven problems such as ground;The following reform measures are proposed from four aspects:optimizing teaching content,improving teaching means,paying attention to the combination of teaching and practice,and enhancing teachers’ teaching ability.First,optimizing the course content of basic module and extension module;Second,using motivational language teaching and constructing informationized interactive mode as the starting point to improve teaching methods;Third,strengthen school-enterprise cooperation and exchange and increase kindergarten practice activities,to achieve the combination of teaching and practice;Fourth,strengthen school-based teaching and research activities,strengthen the construction of teachers’ ethics,pay attention to teacher training and skill development to improve teachers’ teaching ability;Teachers at the same time the author in song county working practice experience,from the teaching idea,teaching skills,teaching methods,teaching means and teaching experience from many angles,propose and implement the integration of teaching content,improve the teaching plans,innovative teaching design and implementation of the teaching strategies of the fine arts class teaching reform measures,to the adornment of black and white,very beautiful and super light clay by hand-tang palace banquet courses teaching,for example,to verify the use of local resources in luoyang the feasibility of the construction of diversified art classes.Finally is the reflection of teaching reform and practice,and prospects the luoyang county secondary vocational school fine arts teaching should create good five integrated school-running mode,deepening the teaching reform of fine arts research and promote the fine arts teacher professional development,child care professional to luoyang county secondary school students provide better teaching quality assurance. |
