The Phonetic System And Internal Difference Reseaches Of The Xintai Dialect

Xintai dialect belongs to the western region in the division of Shandong dialect.Although it's a small dialect point,but still has its own characteristics.The research on Xintai dialect is not enough at present.This paper,focusing on Xintai dialect,described,compared and analyzed the phonetic system and internal differences of Xintai dialect by comprehensively using of traditional dialectology,social linguistics theories and methods.This paper is divided into five parts to introduce the phonetic situation of Xintai dialect,each chapter is summarized as follows:Chapter One:Preface.It mainly introduces the geography,history,population,and pronunciation of Xintai dialect in Xintai city,and introduces the current situation of the research of Xintai dialect,the purpose and research methods of this paper,the phonetic symbols and main informant in this paper.Chapter Two: The phonetic system of Xintai dialect.Focusing on the old variety Xintai dialect,It describes the phonetic system of single characters and its major peculiarities,the syllables,rhymes,and homophones in detail to fully express the appearance of the Xintai dialect's phonetic system.Chapter Three,The changes of pronunciation.The tone sandhi of disyllabic word,the neutral tone and erhua.Chapter Four:The comparison of Xintai dialect with Mandarin and Middle Ancient Sound in three respects,including the consonant,vowels,and tone.Chapter five:The internal difference of Xintai dialect.This chapter focuses on the internal differences of Xintai dialec from the perspective of sociolinguistic research,through the investigation and analysis of a large sample of sociolinguistics in three respects.,including the regional differences,the literary and colloquial reading differences,and the age differences.
