Educational practice is an important practical teaching step and an important means to acquire independent teaching skills for normal students,as well as the most important practical work for a normal university to train students to become a qualified teacher.In 2007,the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China issued the “Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Vigorously Promoting Practice Teaching for Normal School Students”,which emphasized the importance of colleges and universities in carrying out internship support work for normal school students.Education practice and the teaching is a major teaching reform in Xinzhou normal university earlier implemented over the years under the correct leadership of Party committees and governments of the College,not only eased the pressure of the shortage of teachers in rural areas,but also effectively strengthened practical teaching of colleges,and improved students' abilities of practical operation.In Inner Mongolia Normal University,Each college is responsible for education internship.The school of history and culture is of no exception.According to the investigation,on the basis of achievements,there are many places to be improved in the history and culture college.In order to draw valuable conclusions,we conducted a survey on the practice teaching in school of history and culture of Inner Mongolia normal university and Xinzhou normal university.Under the premise of continuing to give full play to its advantages in education practice,the school of history and culture of Inner Mongolia normal university should learn from the advanced achievements of the department of history of Xinzhou normal university.However,we must take the essence and discard the dross principle.The ultimate goal is to serve the future of educational practice in the Institute of History and Culture of Inner MongoliaThe first part is the introduction.Firstly,the reason and significance of this paper's topic selection are introduced.Secondly,the current research status of this topic is elaborated,and the concepts of education practice and internship support are defined.Finally we analyzed the research method of this paper.The second part is the current situation and analysis of education practice in the history and culture college of Inner Mongolia normal university.First of all,the survey was conducted to investigate the history of the 16 th Chinese class history.Secondly,through interviews with teacher A and B of the school to know about their management practice.Finally,the statistical data are analyzed and studied,we know the advantages and disadvantages of education internship in school of history and culture of Inner Mongolia normal university.The third part is the reference--practical teaching support in the history department of Xinzhou normal university.First of all,through questionnaires we know about the the practice of teaching support of the 16 th and 17 th graduates.Secondly,based on the results of the questionnaire,the deep-seated questions of their doubts were further verified through individual interviews.Once again,interviews were conducted with teacher C and D to understand the situation of their management of internship support.Finally,the statistical data are analyzed in a comprehensive way to find out its advantages and disadvantages.The fourth part is the improvement measures of educational practice in the history and culture college of Inner Mongolia normal university.Combine the study of the second and third parts.Under the premise of continuing to exert its own advantages,we draw lessons from history department of Xinzhou normal university,prevent undesirable experiences at the same time.and put forward several measures to improve the educational practice of the school of history and culture of Inner Mongolia normal university.
