Study On The Relationship Between College Students' Professional Values And Entrepreneurial Intention:the Moderating Effect Of Coping Style

This study first made a distinction between procrastination and passive delay in procrastination,using the students' professional value scale,simple coping style scale,and entrepreneurial intention vector as measuring tools to explore the relationship between college students' professional values,coping styles,and entrepreneurial intentions.relationship.567 undergraduate students from two colleges in Shandong Province were selected as subjects.First of all,a reliability test was carried out on the College Students' Professional Value Scale,the Simple Coping Style Scale and the Entrepreneurial Intentionality Scale,and the vocational values,coping styles and entrepreneurship of college students were examined.The intention was to analyze the differences in demographic variables,and then perform correlation analysis and adjustment effect tests on the above three variables to obtain the following results:1.The scores of undergraduates' purposeful career values are higher than those of the means of career values.This shows that college students pay more attention to the implicit motivational standards rather than explicit conditional criteria when choosing a career.2.There are significant differences in the values of purposeful occupational values among undergraduates of different origins,different grades,and different families' annual income;college students with different genders,different professional types,and different family annual incomes have significant differences in instrumental professional values.3.In general,college students' positive coping style scores are greater than negative coping styles and are larger than the national norm.There are significant differences in the coping tendency among university students of different genders,different professional types,and different grades.4.The average score of entrepreneurial intention is lower than the median,indicating that college students have low entrepreneurial intentions.College students of different genders and grades have significant differences in entrepreneurial intentions.5.There is a positive correlation between the purposeful career values,instrumental professional values,coping trends,and entrepreneurial intentions.6.Coping style has a moderating effect on the relationship between purposeful professional values and entrepreneurial intentions.Under the positive coping style,the influence of purposeful professional values on entrepreneurial intentions has increased;under negative coping styles,the effect of purposeful professional values on entrepreneurial intention has weakened.
