A Comparative Study Of Occupational Values Between College Students And Undergraduate Studentsin Guizhou Province

Professional values are the cognition and attitude of the individual in choosing a career,which is a set of standard system in which the individual chooses his career.All the time,various scholars have conducted a large number of researches on the occupational values of different groups from different perspectives,and have conducted a lot of discussion and analysis on the factors that influence the professional values.Based on the predecessors' research results,this study adopts a series of implicit research methods,first of all college students implicit occupational values to carry on the analysis of its existence,to undergraduate and professional values a comparative study of college students,to explore the difference between professional values and the influence factors are analyzed,finally combining with explicit research results,respectively discussing and the relationship between implicit and explicit vocational values.This study found that: 1.undergraduate students had implicit professional values.2.There was no significant difference between undergraduate student and college students in the purpose of the professional values;3.The implicit level of the undergraduate student is more inclined to the instrumental value of the career than college students;4.There are significant differences in the overall implicit occupational values of different genders;5.There is no significant correlation between implicit occupational values and explicit professional values in the undergraduate student;6.There was no significant correlation between implicit occupational values and explicit professional values among college students.7.There was no significant difference between undergraduate student and college students.
