Research On The Protective Development Of Urban Cultural Heritage

Urban cultural heritage is the essence of urban cultural resources and the foundation of urban cultural development.At this stage,with the acceleration of urbanization,the contradiction between urban cultural heritage and urban construction is also increasingly prominent.How to protect and exploit the heritage resources in the new urbanization and tourism construction,and realize the organic integration of urban cultural heritage protection,urbanization,and tourism development,so that the precious heritage culture can be permanently preserved and maintain the sustainable development of urban cultural heritage and become The problem that needs to be solved urgently.The study proposes that promoting the rational development of urban cultural heritage on the premise of protection is an effective way to alleviate the contradiction between heritage protection and urban construction.The purpose of this paper is to establish a protective development system for urban cultural heritage,using literature research methods,survey questionnaires,empirical analysis methods and software SPSS19.0,ArcGIS10.2,etc.,from the potential for protective development,protective development model,and protective development,respectively.The three aspects of the suitability study set out to conduct research on the protection and development of urban cultural heritage sites in order to promote the protection and sustainable use of urban cultural heritage.First of all,the research of protective development potential is mainly through theanalysis of the current status of protective development,the search for influencing factors of protective development,the provision of reference indices for the evaluation of protective development potential,the introduction of innovative RD matrix model,and the conclusion that “high development Potential-high transformation resistance,"low development potential-medium to high transformation resistance","intermediate high development potential-middle resistance transformation","low development potential-low resistance transformation" 4 categories.Secondly,the research on the protective development mode is mainly to compare the existing development mode and construct the protective development mode(RMPP mode),select the urban cultural heritage site in Xi'an as an example,and analyze the RMPP mode to bring about the protection development of urban cultural heritage.New situation.Finally,the appraisal of the suitability of conservation development also used Xi'an as the research object,and 13 administrative regions,289 heritage sites and key cultural relics units were selected.Use ArcGIS 10.2 to calculate the Moran's I value for the conservation of the heritage site resource,analyze the autocorrelation aggregation of the heritage site resource,draw on the dominance of the site resource,the advantage of the transportation location,the advantage of the source location,the urbanization location,and cultural tourism.Factors such as the joint analysis of the protective development of heritage sites and the construction of a protective development assessment model.Finally,a comprehensive evaluation of the above factors is combined to analyze the protective development of urban cultural heritage.In summary,the research shows that in the research of the protective development potential of urban cultural heritage,the protection and development of double-low matrix should be emphasized,and the transition to the double-high matrix should be gradually realized and corresponding adjustments should be made.The development model should focus on resource factors,market factors,Collaboration between product factors and protective development factors to identify effective conservation development models;comparisons in suitability studies should give priority to site resource dominance,followed by cultural tourism location dominance,and finally to urbanization location Dominance.The more perfect areas for suitability evaluationshould pay more attention to the continuation of protective development;the underdeveloped areas should be based on the specific weaknesses of the region,and conduct specific analysis according to local conditions.Therefore,according to the above three parts of research,we propose countermeasures and suggestions for the protection of urban cultural heritage: objective analysis of development potential,implementation of protective development measures,improvement of new models of protective development,balance of protection and development,comprehensive consideration of protective development The suitability to promote the sustainable development of urban cultural heritage.
