| Nowadays,China’s economic development has entered the stage of focusing on quality and steady development from the pursuit of speed, and with the continuous improvement of material living standards, people’s pursuit of tourism has also changed from leisure and tourism to spiritual and cultural quality. The integration of culture and tourism has gradually become a major trend in tourism development.Intangible cultural heritage(referred to as "non-legacy")is an important part of cultural resources, has important historical and cultural values, and is a living historical human civilization.Today, people are increasingly developing intangible cultural heritage as tourism resources. However, unlike general tourism resources,non-legacy resources are living human civilizations with extremely high historical and cultural values inherited from generation to generation.Protection and inheritance need special attention in tourism development.Facing the rapidly developing modern society,non-legacy resources often face the embarrassing situation that no one wants to be eliminated, especially in small cities and towns where the economy is relatively backward and low in popularity.Problems such as poor are particularly serious.Although tourism development may bring certain economic benefits to non-heritage sites,if the early planning is improper, later tourism development is likely to cause irreversible damage to local non-heritage.Therefore,non-heritage tourism development value evaluation and tourism development model research are particularly important. In this paper,Guanyao Town was selected as a case study because the typical small towns in Guanyao Town could not adapt to the case of decline caused by the development of modern society, and the local area is in the early stage of tourism development.Research on tourism development model has certain practical guiding significance for the development of non-heritage tourism in Guanyao Town.In addition, the value evaluation system constructed in order to evaluate the value of tourism development in Guanyao Town’s non-heritage is also applicable to the same type of non-heritage tourism development value evaluation, and it has a certain theoretical significance to complement the non-heritage tourism development value evaluation system. In terms of content, this article first analyzes and classifies the non-legacy resources of Guanyao Town, and concludes that the non-legacy of Guanyao Town is a hand-made pottery skill, which belongs to the traditional non-legacy of manual craftsmanship.Evaluation,so narrow the scope of non-legacy types required for evaluation, and evaluate the value of traditional handcrafted non-legacy tourism development.Due to the lack of an authoritative and fully appropriate relevant evaluation system, this article uses the expert consultation method and the analytic hierarchy process to build and empower the indicator system, and finally obtains the tourism development value suitable for traditional handicrafts in Guanyao Town and the same type of area Evaluation System. The evaluation system has 3 comprehensive evaluation layers,8 element layers and 28 factor layers. The comprehensive evaluation layer(that is,the main category)is composed of the three forces of AVC(attraction, vitality, and bearing capacity). Then, through an expert questionnaire, the indicators are scored, and the indicators are analyzed according to the score results. Finally, the RMP theory is used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the development of non-heritage tourism in Guanyao town from three aspects of resources, market and product development, and the development model of non-heritage tourism in Guanyao town is obtained, and the corresponding development strategies and suggestions are proposed.Through layer-by-layer analysis, this article draws the following conclusions:(1)According to the evaluation of the tourism development value of the non-heritage of Guanyao Town,Guanyao Town has higher tourism development value, and its non-heritage resources have higher attraction and carrying capacity, but the vitality is relatively weak,Faced with the problems of poor visibility, low market demand, and unsatisfactory inheritance.(2)Through analysis of the evaluation results of the development value of non-heritage tourism in Guanyao Town and consideration from the three perspectives of resources, market and product development, this article proposes the development model of ceramic art theme town tourism, that is,the theme of "ceramic art",Build a tourist town within the concentrated area of Guanyao Town Kiln Factory. In terms of resources,it highlights the core advantages of "ceramic art" of non-heritage resources, integrates favorable resources in and around the non-heritage resources, and develops in many ways in a coordinated manner,so that resources, residents and tourists are closely linked. On the market side, due to the relatively backward economy of Guanyao Town,it should be led by the government and led by the enterprise, and drive the masses as the main force of operation to activate the market;and create a "ceramic art" brand to do digital promotion to attract tourists. In terms of product development,it is necessary to break the inherent pattern of ceramic products in Guanyao Town, improve product quality, accelerate product transformation, enrich product categories, and improve product competitiveness. At the same time, strengthen infrastructure construction and lay a solid foundation for product experience. On the basis of previous research results, this paper further expands the framework of the value evaluation system of traditional handicrafts non-legacy tourism development, and proposes and analyzes the "ceramic art theme town tourism development model" based on RMP theory. However, there are still problems that need further research in this article. For example, the evaluation index system of traditional handcrafted non-legacy tourism development value can be further explored, and empirical research should be conducted on more cases;the tourism development model of Guanyao Town also needs to be followed up Further observation and improvement in development. |
