Study Of "Learning Chinese Fever" In Thailand A Practice Of Three Confucius Institute In Bangkok

Since the formal establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Thailand,the exchanges between the two countries have intensified and the exchange of language and culture has been more frequent.Learning Chinese has also become a trend in Thailand.This article studies the phenomenon of Chinese learning fever in Thailand,taking the teachers and students of three Confucius colleges in Bangkok as an example,in order to get an in-depth understanding of the specific situation of “Chinese language fever” in Thailand,the reason for the rise of Chinese language learning in Thailand,the analysis of Thai people's views on Chinese learning,the influence of Chinese language fever on people,and the problems of Chinese fever in Thailand.In this study,one to one semi-structured interview method was conducted.By analyzing the content of transcribed interviews,it has been found that the situation of Chinese fever in Thailand is still increasing and Chinese is an important language.The expression of Chinese hot in Confucius college shows that at present,the number of students in Confucius college is more and more,learners are not only university students,there are all kinds of people in society.In order to supply the needs of the social crowd,the Confucius college has also increased the course.In addition,it was also found that the Chinese language fever was not only reflected in the Confucius Institute.During the interview,the teachers and students of the Confucius Institute also mentioned various manifestations of the Chinese language outside the school and society.The reasons for the Chinese language fever in Thailand are mainly in economic and trade,government support,Confucius Institutes,family reasons and their own reasons.Chinese fever not only affects people's life and work,but also affects their thinking.Under the Chinese fever environment,there are still some problems in Chinese teaching in Thailand,such as: the number of learners is bad,the learning effect is not good,and Chinese teaching lacks continuity.In order to prevent the influence in Chinese learning fever in Thailand,the Chinese teaching in Thailand should pay attention to the teaching methods,the level of teachers,the management of the students,and the students' negative influence on Chinese language learning.
