A Practical Study On Correcting The Aggressive Behavior Of Migrant Children By Rational Emotional Therapy

Aggressive behavior that is part of the deviation behavior is an obstacle to the integration of migrant children.It is of great significance to explore the causes of the aggressive behavior in combination with the living environment and the growth experience of the migrant children and to carry out the corrective service with the social work theory and method.Relevant research shows that cognitive bias,lack of family function,adverse effects of peer groups,peer group rejection and exclusion,adverse factors of the living environment is the important reasons that caused migrant children aggressive behavior.Rational sensory therapy argues that irrational cognition is an important cause of individual emotional and behavioral problems.In this service,social worker found that the case’s unreasonable cognition was One-sided understanding of aggressive behavior,imitate,aggressive behavior is useful.the owner’s aggressive behavior and unreasonable cognition are influenced by his family environment,school environment and peer group.In order to correct the aggressive behavior of the owner,Social workers use rational emotional therapy to carry out the correction services,and debate the irrational cognitive with the client(Questionable question,Value question,Extreme question,Update questions,Exaggerated inquiry),role play and other professional methods to help the owner fully understand his own aggressive behavior and gradually establish new cognition that include ”Choose good and from”and” aggressive behavior is useless”.In the implementation of cognitive correction services,social worker carried out relevant training to help the protesters to resist hostile attribution,and enhance the client’s social skills and ability to express.The results of this study show that the services provided by social workers have achieved some effect,the owner of the relevant irrational awareness has changed,aggressive behavior has also been reduced,which proves that rational emotional therapy can be a certain extent,reduce the attack sexuality.
