With the continuous improvement of China's international status,English as an international language has been increasingly valued by every industry.For Chinese students,having good communication skills in English has become particularly important.How to make the oral English teaching help middle school students to get rid of the "dumb English" has become a problem for our middle school educators.In particular,there have been many papers and books on spoken English teaching in recent years,but many of them emphasize theory.In the aspect of the study of the theory and practice of English education,most of the studies focus on linguistics,translation studies,etc.There are few achievements in applied skills teaching theory and practice research,and the study of spoken language teaching is particularly lacking.When I was doing oral language teaching research,I found that there were few domestic theories and cases related to the oral education reform system,and the spoken language textbooks generally lacked new ideas.At present,the focus of English teaching in middle schools in our country has shifted to the cultivation of students' autonomous learning ability.How to effectively guide students to use resources reasonably to carry out self-study in spoken English is obviously a hot topic for secondary school English educators to think and pay attention to.This article will be based on the current status of oral English teaching in ordinary schools in county level in China,combining theory with practice,and adopting the method of questionnaire survey to take Zhenxing Middle School in Tangyuan County of Jiamusi as an example to discuss in depth the problems existing in oral English teaching at the county level in China.,reasons and future development strategies,to provide some help and reference for our English spoken language teaching.The specific starting from the following sections: The first part is the introduction part of the study described the background and the significance of the study,and through the search and sort out of relevant data,to consolidate the background of this research.And introduced the ideas and methods of this study,and elaborated the focus and difficulties of the paper.The second part is the concept and theory part,through the oral language ability,the output theory,and the multi-modality theory and so on theory introduction,combines the domestic and foreign research present situation,discusses the English oral language teaching research trend and the necessity.The third part is the part of the questionnaire survey.Taking Zhenxing Middle School in Tangyuan County of Jiamusi City as an example,a few class students were randomly selected from the school and questionnaires were used to investigate and analyze the results of the investigation.The fourth part is the analysis of the status quo and the reasons.Understand the current situation of spoken English teaching in county-level middle schools and analyze their existing problems,such as deviations in teaching centers,neglect of students' subjectivity,over-skilled teaching methods and teaching methods,and weak student foundations.At the same time,the reasons for these problems are: : The teaching guidance system is not in place,the construction of the teaching staff is insufficient,there is a deviation in student's cognition,and difficulty in speaking is very high.The fifth chapter discusses development strategies.In view of the practical problems that have been raised before,we discuss the teaching of oral English in secondary schools from the perspectives of output theory and multimodal theory,aiming at cultivating middle school students' autonomous learning abilities in English,so as to stimulate students' interest in learning,and to promote the development of independent English learning for middle school students through the Internet platform.Explain the oral English teaching in middle school and put forward a more scientific teaching mode of spoken language,supplemented by teaching practice,refining and sublimation.
