English is one of the most important and widely used international languages.With the development of globalization,China has more communications and interactions with other countries,which requires our education cultivate students who are more capable of communicating in English.Due to the restriction of some ingredients,it is obvious that English teachers as well as learners still put most of their time and energy into vocabulary,grammar,and reading comprehension.For quite some time,importance is not fully attached to oral English teaching.Thus,to explore a new model of teaching is the demand of all the teachers and learners.In view of the current teaching situation of oral English in high school,the author tries to bring interactive oral English teaching method into high school oral classroom,with the aim of improving oral English teaching and cultivating students' communicative competence in English.The study is carried on with two experimental classes in Grade 2 of Harbin No.3 High School the research symbol,in point of oral English teaching,based on the thesis of interactive English teaching method.It is to explore the application of interactive English teaching method in oral English classroom.During the 4 months of study,the author gets statistics based on the 70 students through questionnaires,interviews,and oral tests.The author also uses SPSS22.0 to test the score gap of Class 1 with interactive English teaching method and Class 2 with traditional teaching method.The result proves that the interactive English teaching has a positive effect on oral English teaching.At last,the author lists some research deficiencies and problems,outlooks further study,and expects a better application of interactive English teaching method in China's English classroom.The innovation of this thesis is to apply interactive English teaching in oral English class,aiming at solving the specific problems in high school oral English teaching with interactive English teaching method.Due to the limited time and the author's competence,as well as the large scale of interactive English teaching method,the study still has some deficiencies to improve.In the future teaching progress,English teacher should do case by case in order to better apply interactive English teaching method in oral English classroom.
