After the founding of the People's Republic of China,in order to make education meet the needs of development in the new period,the country adopted a series of targeted policies and policies to transform and adjust many aspects of the old education.In this process,the many flaws that existed in old education were gradually eliminated,which laid a solid foundation for the steady development of education.The teaching reforms was mainly based on the Soviet Union model.It adjusted the school system and curriculum settings of elementary and secondary schools,explored new teaching methods,and implemented some measures to improve the quality of education.At the same time,it also reformed the salary of teachers in elementary and secondary schools and provided ideological education for teachers and students.In the initial period of the People's Republic of China,the education reforms of elementary and secondary schools in Shijiazhuang has achieved outstanding results.During this period,the quality of school education has been improved to a certain extent.At the same time,the salaries of the teachers have also been improved.Through education reforms,Shijiazhuang elementary and secondary education can be recovered and developed in a short period of time.This has played an important role in promoting the cultural attainment of citizens and national economic construction.However,there were also deficiencies in the process of education reforms,such as in the teaching ability of teachers needs to be improved,the school work was in hectic state,and educational resources were not yet fully able to meet the needs of the people.The combing and analysis of the education reforms of Shijiazhuang elementary and secondary schools at the initial period of the People's Republic of China not only helps to clarify the historical development,but also the successful experience in the process of education reforms has a certain reference for the further advancement of educational reforms.
