The Research Of Party Education In Elementary And Secondary School Of Yunnan Province(1927-1949)

After the founding of the Nanjing National Government,the party-governing policy with the Three Principles of the People as its core has been fully promoted in the field of education,and education has become an important part of the political rule of the National Government.Party education is the process of inculcating Kuomintang consciousness into young students by administrative means of the ruling party.It can be said that party education is the combination of educational policy and political rule.Its development and change are influenced by the game of various forces.Therefore,this article will take the party education as the breakthrough point,take the primary and secondary schools in Yunnan Province as the main object of investigation,and show the struggle and compromise between the Kuomintang and the local strength factions,the party education and traditional education,the provincial capital cities and remote areas in the process of promoting the party education in Yunnan.Through the analysis of Party education in primary and secondary schools in Yunnan Province,this paper tries to further highlight the relationship between party-party relations,party-government relations and the operation of Party-oriented education system.Party education has been implemented in the mainland for more than 20 years,which has a profound impact on modern education in China.In the early 1920 s,under the influence of the Soviet Union,partisanship became popular in various fields.This kind of control method with strong political color has changed the previous situation of loose political power and weak control.After the Nanjing National Government was established in 1927,in order to bring students under the complete rule of the government,party education was vigorously promoted in schools at all levels throughout the country.During the Anti-Japanese War,in order to integrate resources and unite to resist foreign country,the Nanjing National Government strengthened its control over education,making the students trained loyal citizens who were subject to the Three Principles of the People.Party education was helpful to unite the peopleand to fight against Japan and save the nation during this period,which had distinct characteristics of stages.However,with the continuous advancement of party education,as the spiritual weapon of the national government,the negative influence of imprisoning students' thoughts has become increasingly prominent,which runs counter to the original education concept and finally ended in the mainland with the collapse of the national government in 1949.
