Fruit and vegetable painting refers to the depiction of vegetables and fruits that are more common in daily life.It also belongs to the category of flowers and birds.In this article,for the clarity of the discussion,these paintings are temporarily called "paintings of fruits and vegetables." In the development of flower and bird painting in our country,there are very few paintings on the theme of fruits and vegetables.The beginning of the fruit and vegetable painting started with Gu Guowang of Chen Guoguo.In the past,the fruits and vegetables just existed as a background,and not many works dedicated to the performance of it.In the Southern Song Dynasty,people's ideology had undergone great changes.The painters began to slowly transfer painting objects to common fruits and vegetables in daily life.By the Ming and Qing Dynasties,there were more and more painters expressing fruits and vegetables.Gradually developed.This article summarizes the origin of the fruit and vegetable paintings and the developments before the Ming and Qing Dynasties.Through the combing of the early development process,we have a macro understanding of the fruit and vegetable paintings,and then we analyze the fruits and vegetables in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.The brush painting style is unique,the subject selection is more life-like,and the composition is bold and full of new ideas.In addition,the works of the poems in the paintings have gradually begun to increase.Fruit and vegetable paintings have developed in the Ming and Qing Dynasties and have had a profound influence on modern times.From the works of Wu Changshuo,Qi Baishi,Pan Tianshou and others in the Republic of China,they can clearly feel the influence of Ming and Qing dynasties on fruits and vegetables.It was chosen to study it in order to have a deeper understanding of the fruit and vegetable paintings,master the method of drawing it,and provide certain references for the research and creation of contemporary and future fruit and vegetable paintings.
