| The source text is chosen from the third chapter of an economic book Globalizing Innovation and mainly analyzes the determinants of multinational enterprises innovation in emerging economies.After learning about the writing style of source text,the writer found that the nouns in the economic text were far from easy to translate.Therefore,this report mainly focuses on the translation strategies of abstract nouns,nominal derivatives,polysemous nouns to have a further discussion.Ensuring the accuracy of information transmission cannot be limited by the original form,the writer respectively adopted amplification,conversion and contextualization these three strategies based on the Newmark’s Communicative Translation Theory.Under the guidance of Newmark’s Communicative Translation Theory,the writer strove to the preciseness and completeness of the translation language so that it would avoid deviation from the original or mistranslation in the process of translation.This report aimed to provide some strategies of nouns translation in economic text,and writer hoped that it could give an effective guidance to the translators who devoted in this field.Based on Newmark’s Communicative Function Theory,the writer explored the strategies of different forms noun translation,which has extent representative in the translation of economic text.Meanwhile,Chinese readers are allowed to learn about the new trend of Globalizing Innovation,facilitate international communication and cooperation,and further drive the development of the innovative globalization. |
