As China becomes the second largest economy in the world,the economic development of the One Belt and One Road Economic Belt is flourishing,Chinese culture and the cultures of all countries in the world exchange and integrate with each other,the international influence gradually increases,the level of higher education continues to rise,and the long history and brilliant culture have attracted more and more international students to come to China for further studies.In order to help overseas students adapt to their studies and life in China,all universities and colleges that accept foreign students have opened the "China Profile" curriculum in accordance with the "Syllabus for Chinese Language Majors of Colleges and Universities for Foreign Students".However,due to the orientation deviation of the course,the single teaching method,the gap between the teaching content and the reality,etc.,the students' interest in the course is not great,the teaching effect is not good,and the practical appraisal of the course is not high.In order to solve these problems,the teaching team from Guangxi University tried to implement an open teaching mode in clas.After a one-semester participatory observation,the author combined the research results of senior teachers to summarize a basic framework of open teaching.The teaching concept goals,teaching environment,teaching content,teaching process,and teaching evaluation are discussed in five aspects.Taking this basic framework as a guideline,the author and the instructors jointly designed a curriculum lesson plan,and the instructors performed the teaching practice according to the teaching plan design.This article takes the chapter of "Diet" as an example.First of all,it chooses the teaching concept that matches the content of the teaching.It does not rigidly adhere to a certain fixed teaching concept.According to the students' life communication needs and their future career needs as the teaching goal;Secondly,according to different teaching contents,choose the teaching place that matches it,so as to give the students an intuitive feeling;According to the development of real life,it is appropriate to increase the teaching content that is useful to students,and to cut down the content of outdated texts.The teaching process always implements "student-centered" and uses a variety of teaching methods Finally,a formative assessment was used to evaluate the students' learning outcomes in all aspects with different evaluation methods.After class,the teaching reflection was conducted from the five aspects of the open teaching model.
