The "271" teaching model takes the classroom reform as the breakthrough point and effectively solves the difficult reform problems in teachers' professional development and students' knowledge learning and training ability.Because of the particularity of English course,this paper probes into the practice status of "271" teaching mode in English teaching and analyzes it to find out the existing problems and puts forward some reasonable countermeasures in order to promote the further development of "271" teaching mode.By using the methods of field investigation,interview and questionnaire,this paper investigates the three aspects of school,teacher and student,including five English teachers in Changle No.2 Middle School and 300 students in Senior one and Grade two.This paper discusses the following four parts.The first part is the reason and significance,the outline of "271" teaching model,the current research summary,the research content method,the important difficulty and the innovation point.The second part is the investigation of the practice of "271" teaching mode in senior high school English teaching.The school provides a convenient teaching environment and continuous training for teachers,organizes teaching and research activities;After the interview with the teachers,it is found that "271" teaching mode has a high degree of recognition,gaining support from schools,improvement of teaching methods,diversity of teaching methods,positive performance of students,and high degree of teacher satisfaction.Questionnaire survey found that most of the students' study well,also have not actively participated in the situation.The third part is the reflection of the practice of "271" teaching mode in senior high school English teaching.There are two section: the progress and main problems with its causes.There are insufficient educational resources in schools and a simplex evaluation method for teachers' management.Moreover,it is difficult to carry out the evaluation results of students.Teachers do not make full use of the "271" teaching mode,the management of administrative classes and teaching classes,and the subjective and one-sided evaluation of students.Students also have some problems,such as heavy homework tasks,uneven participation in class,high pressure and so on.The fourth part puts forward countermeasures to problems.Schools should allocate educational resources rationally with democratic teaching model and innovatethe evaluation standard.Teachers should improve their own quality and make full use of "271" teaching mode to cultivate students' interest in English with diversify teaching evaluation methods.Students should improve their self-study ability to change their attitude in English learning,as well as improve their participation in class,and learn to relax properly.In addition,there are other aspects,such as social and parental assistance,which are required.
