Cartoon plays a very important role in the process of children's growth.Its exaggerated,vivid and interesting artistic expressions are in line with children's simple psychological characteristics.The animation world,which is the very first source of children's knowledge of many new things,can continue to expand children's horizons and enable children to get many different life experiences.An excellent cartoon can help children to open the door to knowing the world and perceiving the world.It can make children form a correct world outlook,outlook on life and values in a relaxed and entertaining environment.It is a spiritual food for children's healthy growth.Nowadays,clothing brands are more diversified,and children's wear has become an important segment of the apparel industry.Animated elements are an important inspiration and element of children's wear design.The model of “children's wear + animation” is the combination of traditional consumer goods industry and cultural industry.There are two main ways to combine children's wear brand and animation industry: the first one is the development of children's wear brand as the industry chain of animation industry,which is one of the derivative of animation products;the second is the well-known children's wear business brand,which continuously explore and develop the market and channels,combined with the development of its own brand image developed by the animation company to develop animation products after a period of development.Therefore,more and more children's wear designs are now based on the visual elements of film and television animation.This study provides a comprehensive introduction and analysis of the domestic and international children's wear market and animation development process.Fully combined with the brand design concept,it analyzes the design rules of the use of animation elements in the children's wear brand with actual cases.In 2015,the State Council promulgated the “Two-child policy”.The full implementation of this policy represents that the birth rate of newborns will continue to maintain rapid growth in the next few years.The prospects for the children's wear market are bright,and consumer demand will show a steady upward trend.The article comprehensively summarizes the brand model of the existing animated children's wear brand and its application rules,and combines its own practical experience and success stories to integrate animation elements into children's wear design to create a new combination of animation and children's wear.It can guide the children's wear enterprises with the theme of animation elements in the domestic market to be developed or will be promoted to a certain extent,and promote the complementarity and mutual benefit of the animation culture and the children's wear industry.
