With the rapid development of Chinese economy and the prosperity of market economy,the cultural market has also developed vigorously.As a link of the cultural market,performance has been paid more and more attention.As an important part of the operation of the performance activities,the performance broker acts as the gatekeeper of the cultural communication,combining the arts and commerce perfectly,thus promoting the healthy and prosperous development of the cultural industry in our country.Is our country spiritual civilization construction and the development essential constituent.From the perspective of communication,this paper studies the profession of performance broker,from the preparation of the performance to the perfect presentation to the audience,how the broker influences and controls the whole process of information flow.This paper studies the development and transformation strategy of the future performance broker from the angle of communication.This paper first analyzes the macro environment before introducing the performance broker,and reveals the rapid development of the performance industry with data.Secondly,in the second chapter,the author makes a detailed study on the profession of acting broker.Such as production history,development status,business content,professional literacy and skills requirements and so on.This paper analyzes the part and function of the performance broker in the whole process from creation to publicity to effect feedback.In the third chapter,from the angle of communication,the performance is regarded as a chain of information communication,which is divided into two levels: organizational communication and mass communication.The performance broker is regarded as the important media and the gatekeeper of the information dissemination,and studies the performance broker as the medium in this information dissemination process,through the influence performance informationcoordination communication,guarantees the information transmission accurate and the high efficiency;As a symbol processor,encode and decode the information in the communication chain,better integrate the artistic and commercial needs,as a gatekeeper,make a choice between the performance symbols and keep the performance content developing in a positive and positive direction.The core value of the performance broker's business is that they have a wider range of information resources that act as a bridge between investors and actors who understand marketing.Consumer psychology,with a better art appreciation ability and a wide network of relationships,so on the one hand,can provide actors with opportunities to concentrate on artistic creation,and on the other hand,can help investors to choose the most attractive audience.A series of performances that produce good communication results.This paper analyzes the influencing factors which can influence the performance information dissemination of the performance broker,and thinks that the quality,the channel and the number of the media of the broker can affect the final communication effect.The focus of this paper is to analyze the problems existing in the development of the performance broker from the angle of communication,and to think that the media report has created a negative information environment,so that the public can have a better understanding of this.The impact of the Internet destroys the traditional channels and modes of communication within the organization and seriously damages the reasonable rights and interests of the performing agents;The role of "gatekeeper" in mass communication has been weakened and there is no right to speak.Finally,this article combines the real estate agent,sports broker and other mature models,puts forward the development strategy of the performance broker,such as increasing the periodical of the performance broker,monographs and other written records,so that the public can rely on the reason;Strengthen the social status of performance agents,give more gateways;train opinion leaders and improve stereotype;create personal products through event marketing Card,highlight the core value of the performance broker,spread different values;Finally,this paper proposes to integrate the communication channels within the organization,set up a performance broker branch,increase the horizontal communication within the organization,reasonably combine the Internet with the brokerage business,protect the traditional communication channels in the organization,and maintain the order of the industry.
