The rise and development of information and communication technology is a double-edged sword,which has both positive and negative effects on different fields.With the development of positive psychology and occupational health psychology,there is a growing research on the positive impact on employees’ work life.Therefore,this study will be supported by enterprise information and communication technology as an independent variable,and the introduction of knowledge sharing and employee performance of the two positive variables,as a representative of the work and life of the internal staff.In order to explore the relationship between organizational information and communication technology support,knowledge sharing and employee performance.In this study,the organizational information communication technology support scale,knowledge sharing scale and employee work performance scale were used as the research tool,and a questionnaire survey was conducted among 494 employees.By using the structural equation model table by the confirmatory factor analysis on the organizational information and communication technology support;using t test and variance analysis to explore the differences in demographic variables of organizational information and communication technology support,knowledge sharing and employee performance;use correlation analysis,regression analysis to explore and support the relationship between organizational information and communication technology support,knowledge sharing and employee performance,the study found:(1)The difference between the organizational information and communication technology support,employee knowledge sharing and employee performance in some demographic variables;(2)There was a significant positive correlation between organizational information and communication technology support,employee knowledge sharing and employee performance.(3)The prediction of organizational information communication technology support for tacit knowledge sharing was greater than explicit knowledge sharing;the prediction of tacit knowledge sharing for job performance and its four dimensions was greater than the predictive role of explicit knowledge sharing.(4)Knowledge sharing played a mediating role between the support of organizational information communication technology and work performance.The results show that: organizational information and commnication technology is an important factor affecting employee performance,can promote the knowledge sharing of employees,and then improve the performance of employees.Therefore,enterprises should be timely and appropriate to provide information and communication technology support and help.Moreover,enterprises should realize the more important role of tacit knowledge sharing.The results of the study provide a reasonable suggestion for the future use of information and communication technology.
