Music Free Normal Students Study On The Training Model Of Education Masters

In Sep.2007,six normal universities directly under the Ministry of Education in China implemented free education policy for normal students first,whose main purpose is to cultivate excellent teacher resources,deepen into rural and other underdeveloped areas,improve basic education situation in local areas and then promote the overall improvement of national education level.At the same time,to support the further education and professional development of normal graduates by combining the education and teaching work in elementary and high schools,free normal graduates get back to school to study for master degree of education since Jul.2012;through systematic postgraduate courses study,students who pass the teaching assessment as well as thesis defense will be granted with master degree for education finally and issued with graduation certificate for postgraduate students.After the implementation of free normal education,there are certain quantity of free normal students pursuing elementary and high school education work based on agreement after graduation;they will participate in teaching activities and study for master degree of education after teaching in frontline for one semester.Till Dec.2016,free masters of education graduated from our subject teaching(music)major include 2012 grade and 2013 grade;2014 grade,2015 grade and 2016 grade are studying for master degree of education.This paper will make analysis research on cultivation program and management mode of in-service master of education for free normal students in subject teaching(music)of Shanxi Normal University,make questionnaire for in-service master of education of free normal students of 2012-2016 grades,finally summarize and induce investigation conclusion and then discuss in details whether free normal students can implement teaching activities in a better way under national preferential policy,how is the cultivation effect for masters of education as well as education mode suitable for this policy and other practical problems,and then propose suggestions for further improvement.This paper consists of five chapters,including:Chapter one:Introduction part,it proposes research background,reasons of topic selection,current situation of domestic and foreign researches,research methods,purpose and significance and defines related concepts.Chapter two:it makes text research on the cultivation program for free normal graduates majored in subject teaching(music),who are studying in-service master degree of education;starts from the perspective of cultivation target,curriculum setting and teaching requirements,shares excellent resources through remote education and face-to-face teaching during summer vocation and cultivates excellent masters for education to serve frontline basic music teaching.Chapter three:it makes research on management mode for free normal graduates majored in subject teaching(music),who are studying in-service master degree of education;under the guidance of our postgraduate school,it makes comparative analysis of current learning situation and pass rate of thesis defense for in-service master degree of education of free normal students of 2012-2016 grades.Chapter four:it makes analysis of cultivation mode for free normal graduates majored in subject teaching(music),who are studying in-service master degree of education,makes data statistics for questionnaire,analyzes the basic situation of free normal students who are studying for master degree of education and understands the adaptability situation of free normal students in basic music education.Chapter five:it considers about some problems reflected in this investigation conclusion and proposes suggestions for further improvement by combining the professional curriculum setting of subject teaching(music)major.The last chapter is conclusion part.
