Research On Li Jinhui's Artistic Management Concept And Practice

Li jinhui is an important figure in the history of Chinese modern music.He is not only the father of Chinese children's musicals and dances,the originator of Chinese pop music,but also the leader of the commercial development of Chinese song and dance,and the earliest art management practitioner in China.At present,the research on Li Jinhui mainly focuses on his significance and role in children's music,music education,children's musicals,patriotic songs and dances,and popular music,or in other directions,simply summarizes its management methods and marketing methods.The research on its artistic management concept and practice methods has not yet formed a system.Therefore,on the basis of this,the author combs the three aspects of music culture accumulation and management concept source,management characteristics,and marketing characteristics,and studies and summarizes his artistic management thoughts.
