Information technology education is the main content of E-education and modern education in China.E-education is to give full play to the advantages of modern information technology,pay attention to the comprehensive and in-depth combination of information technology and modern education.And the team construction is the fundamental guarantee of the development of educational information.It needs to train professional teachers,professional teams,management teams to provide talent support for E-education.High school education is the bridge that crosses from the junior middle school compulsory education to higher education in colleges and universities.The modern high school classroom is no longer limited to teachers' teaching of teaching materials,and teachers can no longer use yesterday's knowledge to teach tomorrow's students.Therefore,the information age puts forward new challenges to high school education and teachers.Teachers' information technology literacy has become an important part of teachers' professional qualities in the new era.Only when teachers have higher information technology literacy,can they better serve for the classroom,set a good example for students,and promote the allround development of students.It is also the need of English teachers' professional development for English teachers to improve their information technology literacy.English teachers should set up lifelong learning consciousness and pay attention to their own development.In view of the background above,this paper investigates the information technology literacy level of senior high school English teachers in Hebei Province and its influencing factors,mainly using the questionnaire and interview to carry out the research.Through the use of SPSS and Excel data statistics software to analyze the statistics,English teachers of senior high school recognize the convenience brought to teaching by information technology,and have the awareness of actively applying information technology to optimize English teaching.The average level of information technology competency is relatively high,but the individual difference is great.There are still nearly one fourth of the teachers failing to meet the standard,so they cannot use information technology flexibly in teaching.In addition,the largest number of teachers who fail to meet the standards is the dimension of evaluation and diagnosis.In daily teaching,most English teachers make use of information technology to display courseware and play audio and video.However,the use of technical means to evaluate students and develop personalized learning programs are less used.Finally,thecorresponding suggestions and countermeasures are put forward from three aspects: the construction of software and hardware in schools,the improvement of training system and the renewal of teachers' own ideas.
