In the process of singing,whether for beginners or educators of vocal music,stabilizing the throat is the first problem to be solved.The author also consulted a large number of literatures and works,made a detailed discussion on the scientific vocal principle of larynx and the causes of laryngeal instability,and put forward specific solutions to laryngeal instability.This paper discusses from the foreword and three chapters:The preface mainly narrates the reasons for choosing this topic,the history and current situation of the research,the conception of the topic and the research methods.In the first chapter,based on the scientific principle of laryngeal stability,the structure of laryngeal organ and the principle of vocalization are introduced.The relationship between cartilage and muscle in laryngeal organ is clarified.The state of larynx in singing is discussed in detail.It also lists the views of famous singers all over the world on laryngeal stability.Chapter 2 mainly analyses the drawbacks caused by instability of larynx.Firstly,it discusses the causes of instability of larynx: too shallow breath in singing,singer's wrong voice psychology,bad voice action habits,singer's wrong aesthetics of timbre.Secondly,it mainly discusses the impact on the overall sound quality and performance effect.Stable throat is not only the guarantee of sound quality,but also the basis of vocal music performance.Finally,the bad singing habits,including the formation of the wrong concepts of voice,the formation of the wrong singing methods,leading to the larynx up and down pressure.Chapter 3 puts forward specific solutions to how to stabilize the larynx.The first method is to establish the correct concept of sound.Through adjusting self-hearing and objective hearing,and through imitation to establish the correct concept of sound,and finally listen,practice and think more.The second method is to use the right breathing,the most important thing is to use deep breathing,followed by half a dozen yawns.The third method is high-position vocal training,which stabilizes our throat by humming,and paying attention to the biting of words in singing.
