Research On The Demand And Countermeasure Of Elderly Intellectuals For Pension Culture Products

With the progress of society and the development of science and technology,the pace of population aging in China has been accelerating,and the number of aging populations has also increased.The aging population and aging will bring huge pension pressure to Chinese society.In the"Opinions on Further Strengthening the Construction of Old Age Culture"promulgated by the National Office for Ageing,it is further clearly pointed out that the current cultural construction of the elderly and the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly cannot be fully adapted.At the same time,with the acceleration of social and economic development,the whole society has made great progress in the material security of the elderly.In recent years,China's pension system has also made great progress.The government has continuously improved the pension system and provided a large number of pension cultural products.The living standards of the elderly are constantly improving.However,the imbalance between supply and demand structure of pension cultural products has always existed,and the needs of pension cultural products are different in different regions and different types of elderly people.For a number of reasons,the government failed to accurately identify the needs of the elderly when providing pension cultural products,resulting in the inability to effectively supply the pension cultural products needed by the elderly.Based on the above background,this paper is based on the demand-oriented,based on the analysis of relevant concepts and theories,introduces the Kano model to conduct a questionnaire survey on the demand for elderly intellectuals in Wuhu City,and analyzes the current demand for pension cultural products.Accurately identify the willingness of the elderly intellectuals to demand the pension cultural products,and analyze the causes of their willingness to demand,including the level of social and economic development,government functions and policies and regulations,and the demand characteristics of the elderly intellectuals.From the government level,market level,and social level,the countermeasures and suggestions for accelerating the development of pension cultural products are proposed.
