In recent years,with the deepening of the national education reform,the Ministry of Education promulgated a number of important documents on curriculum reform,requiring education to "strengthen moral education and cultivate people".Therefore,the "Chinese Students' Development Key Competence" came into being,answering the question of "what virtue to cultivate" from the middle level.At the present stage,subject teaching is the main position of competence cultivation.Based on this,the key competence of each subject has been promulgated correspondingly.It is under this background that the key competence of English subject comes into being.Through literature review and research,it is found that the cultivation of key competence of primary English subject is still in its infancy.There are still many problems in traditional classroom teaching,which are mainly manifested in the fact that there are still a large number of problems in classroom,such as the emphasis on language knowledge and skills,the neglect of other key competences' cultivation and the phenomenon that teachers inculcate knowledge and students passively accept it.At the same time,with the advent of the information age of 2.0,big data,cloud computing,internet,smart classroom and so on have gradually entered schools.The new technology has brought tremendous impact on the traditional classroom model,and also provided new possibilities for the cultivation of primary school students' key competence in English subject.What is the current situation of primary school students' key competence in English? What impact does informatization have on it?How to cultivate primary school students' English subject key competence under the condition of information technology? These are the problems that need to be solved in this study.In this study,the key competence of English subject refers to "the essential qualities and key abilities that students gradually form and improve to meet the needs of personal life-long development and social development in the process of accepting the corresponding English course education.It is manifested in four aspects: languagecompetence,cultural awareness,thinking quality and learning ability."(English Curriculum Standards for Senior High Schools(2017 edition).He Kekang(2016)holds that "the essence of education informatization is to optimize the process of education and teaching by using information technology with multimedia computer and network communication as the core,so as to achieve the goal of improving the effect,efficiency and efficiency of education and teaching("three effects").Aiming at the development of students' key competence in English subject,focusing on the goal of providing software and hardware technology to support for information-based teaching environment in the process of English teaching,teachers and students use information-based English teaching and learning resources(e.g.English electronic textbooks,English learning software,etc.)to teach or learn,thus forming a new information-based environment,English teaching concepts,teaching and learning methods and teaching modes,so as to optimize the English teaching process,and ultimately achieve the goal of common development of students' language ability,cultural awareness,thinking quality and learning ability.This study is conducted from March 2018.The development and conceptual connotation of Chinese and foreign key competence,English subject key competence,the combination of information technology and English teaching are described through literature review.It also summarizes the research carried out and determines the research problems and significance of this study.Secondly,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the current situation of English key competence among the fifth-grade students in three schools,and through interviews with primary school English teachers,studies the current situation and existing problems of primary school students' key competence in English.At the same time,through a large number of class observations and comparisons,it is found that the key problem hindering the cultivation of primary school students' key competence in English subject lies in the inefficiency of class teaching.English teaching urgently needs the optimization and reform of internal structure.In the classroom with the deep integration of information technology and English teaching,students' learning effect is better than that of traditional classroom.Therefore,the author tries to use the mode of deep integration of information technology and English teaching,hoping to develop primary schoolstudents' English key competence through optimizing teaching structure and designing teaching activities that meet the goal of cultivating primary school students' English key competence.Through case studies,this paper verifies the effectiveness of the "1-1-1" leapfrogging teaching mode in the cultivation of primary school students' key competence in English subject under the condition of informatization.Through the research,it is found that in the teaching aiming at the development of key competence of English subject,the deep integration of information technology and English teaching can indeed lead to the optimization of teaching structure,the reduction of the proportion of teachers' teaching,the substantial increase of the time of students' group cooperation and independent learning,and the application of information technology.It not only gives students more opportunities to construct their own meanings,but also promotes the improvement of language ability,cultural awareness,thinking quality and learning ability.It puts forward new methods and paths for the cultivation of primary school students' core competence in English.
