Comprehensive ability of the Implication Beyond the Lines(CAIBL)is the ability that the individual can understand the speaker's or writer's meaning by the literal meaning and the communication context.The Life Attitude is about people's attitude towards life.It refers to the description of how people,objects or ideas related to life tend to feel and how to act.Self-harmony is a kind of psychological phenomena of self-consistency within a person or an individual's coordination of various perceptions of oneself.In daily conversations,the implication beyong the lines is everwhere.It is very important to understand the meaning of the words when people communicate with others and the world.Having the right life attitude is a prerequisite for people to live harmony with themselves,others and the world.People can pursue further development only on the basis of self-harmony.The study is try to find the differences of students' CAIBL,their Life Attitude and Self-harmony in the demographic variables,and how the three are related to each other.1.The ability of college students to understand the meaning of the words is generally good.There are significant differences in the scores of the four individual oral statistics variables,whether they are only-child,family sources,love experiences and reading habits.There are no significant differences in gender and grade.2.The Life Attitude of college students are generally positive.There are significant differences in scores on the four demographic variables of gender,grade,love experiences,there are no significant difference in only-child and family source.3.The degree of Self-harmony of college students is mostly at medium level.And there are significant differences in gender,grade and reading habits.There are no significant differences in only-child,family source and love experience.4.The relationship between college student of CAIBL,their Life Attitude and self-harmony is positively related and significant.The higher the CAIBL,the more positive the Life Attitude and the higher the degree of Self-harmony.5.The Life Attitude plays a partial intermediary role between CAIBL and Self-harmony.The CAIBL can directly affect Self-harmony,and can influence Self-harmony through Life Attitude.
